Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database

AQURIT^® is built on Microsoft’s highly reliable SQL database. Using SQL Server, AQURIT^® indexes every bit of captured data. Images and data are available to be viewed as soon as the document is scanned.

Backward Compatibility

As Aquracy, LLC develops new versions of AQURIT^® customers can receive the new version at no cost. Many remittance software vendors are not able to upgrade their customers because their new software version is not backward compatible with their older version.

Customizable by the Customer

Using AQURIT’s easy-to-use JobSetup program, customers can modify existing jobs or create new jobs to process their payments. Most remittance software vendors don’t allow the customer to modify or create new jobs.

Scaleable

Customers do not have to replace their remittance software to handle the increased volume as their organization grows and payment volume increases; AQURIT^® grows with them. AQURIT® supports multiple scanners and as check volume grows customers can purchase a faster to scanner to meet their need. Their software investment stays intact.

Image Archive and Retrieval

Customers can store unlimited years of data and images on their system; limited only by the amount of disk space on the network. Customers can retrieve images by searching any data field on their system.

Hybrid Pass Processing Mode

This ultra-fast mode of processing payments combines single pass and two pass check processing modes. The majority of the transactions are completed in the first pass. Only 15%-20% transactions require a second pass for completion.

Easy CD Creation

AQURIT^® includes the ability to easily create a CD copy of selected images and data. Images can be retrieved and viewed from the CD using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer on any PC.

Built-In Email Distribution

AQURIT’s JobManage program allows individual images or complete batches of images and data to be sent via email. This feature allows AQURIT^® users the ability to provide the email recipient immediate access to images and data.
