Dwight Martin

Dwight is the President and a founder of AQURACY, LLC. He brings 25 years of software development experience to the corporation. Dwight is an industry expert in remittance processing and data capture. He has given presentations over the past 12 years at various industry trade shows including DEMA, TAWPI and KMWORLD. He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College, Arden Hills, MN. He is a Certified Document Image Architect (CDIA)

Oliver Romaine “Chip” Smith

Vice President Finance Chip Smith is the original financial backer of the company and was elected in 2000 to be responsible for administrative, contractual, and financial matters. He is a 35-year veteran in the management of systems development and retired in 1999 as CIO of a local telecommunications company. He developed the first automated Wholesale Lockbox payment processing systems for several of the top ten largest banks in the U.S. in the 1970s.
