AQURIT^® Property Management is an add-in module that gives AQURIT^® the ability to efficiently process property management payments. Features of this add-in module include:

Property Management data, from any property management software, can be imported into the AQURIT^® Property Management database. This data is used to validate payments as they are processed at any of the following levels:

Management Company
Association
Member

Numerous property management reports are included, such as:

Accumulation Reports
Stop File Management Report
Listing Reports
Management Summary
Billing Report

Extract files from over 30 property management software programs are supported so that payment data can be sent back to the management company. Other extracts can be easily added.

An optional Add-in module is available to automatically receive property management payments electronically via ACH.
